A historic event happened with the recording of this music. Merrell was inspired by what was happening in the world in 2008, fires, environment, economy, war, and the song "Move to Higher Ground" was born.  After 40 years, Merrell got back together with Fapardokly drummer Dick Lee and guitarist Bill Dodd of Fapardokly and HMS Bounty.  That great 60's sound came back to life and was captured on this disc.  The original Fapardokly and HMS Bounty LP's are two of the most sought after recordings from the 60's.  This 40 year reunion recording session CD comes along once in a life time.  If you enjoyed the late 60's sound of Merrell Fankhauser and Fapardokly you will love this CD.
